Panyaden School Kitchen
As Panyaden International School has expanded from only 35 Kindergarten and lower primary school children to over 400 students aged 2 – 18 years, the original Panyaden School Kitchen became simply too small to handle the necessary volume. Also as Panyaden is now is now accredited by IB and WASC, the quality requirements have increased. Thus a new kitchen was necessary. Together with a professional kitchen interior designer, the new kitchen took shape by combining the old kitchen and dining hall consisting of 3 buildings, with 2 new buildings, the new main kitchen and the staff quarters. The resulting roof is one of the biggest and most challenging we have ever built as the old designs and roof structures are quite different from the new ones. From the air it looks like a bird.
