Coffee Shop with Containers
In this project the owners wanted to contrast natural materials with a completely different modern element. So the Coffee Shop with Containers was designed and built. Not only are the materials juxtaposed but also the unregular organic shapes to the strong rectangular features and the soft earthen colours to the industrial blue of the containers. The challenge was how to create an interesting but still harmonious space with these completely different building blocks. A mix of modern bamboo and earth architecture with steel, everything exposed.
