Bamboo Sunrise Sala

The Bamboo Sunrise Sala was built for an early riser customer who likes to have his morning coffee in the early dawn hours. The bamboo roof symbolizes the sunrays and it is oriented towards the rising sun. The roof is designed with overlapping curved planes with a small opening area that lets the sunrays filter through and play with the intricate bamboo features. The support structure of this pavilion consists of intersecting bundled bamboo arches that are strong and beautiful at the same time. The floor is built using stones marbles in a symbol filled pattern.
